This is my website to display my ever-growing collections of 28mm historical armies. The first collections are my Seven Years War Prussian, French and Reichsarmee (Holy Roman Empire) and 1815 French and Allied armies.
Click on the album covers to the right and then on the thumbnails to enjoy the full-size pictures.

My interest in things military and historical is purely academic as my only “service” was during the Cold War as a Cadet Flight Sergeant in the CCF-RAF. However my best friend, Keith Farrington, insists that our nightly patrols of the cabbage fields of East Kent around RAF Manston were all that stood between Democracy and the ultimate victory of Soviet-Communism.
Of course, we were very well equipped in our WW2 surplus battle-dress uniforms and state-of-the-art technology.
We learned later that the RAF Lightning F.2 interceptors then “on the line” at RAF Gütersloh were probably as capable of stopping an invasion as our perimeter patrols!
I soon decided that Airfix figures were more fun than CCF spit and polish. So for 2/- I bought my first box of plastic Eighth Army, and the rest is history....
